From the first inquiry to the owner/driver departing my new home with the empty truck, this was a great experience. They worked with and for me. Answered all my questions quickly. Communicated by phone, text, and email. Both moving crews showed up exactly on time. Both were friendly, efficient, worked as a team, and handled my belongings with care. I felt confident and relaxed that the move was going to take place smoothly. Good value. Great people. Very happy with The Ideal Move!

I was given an estimate based on a 10 hour move. The entire move was accomplished in under four hours. So, naturally, I assumed I would be charged less than the full amount of the estimate. Color me surprised when the full amount appeared on my credit card. As a result of this review, I received a partial refund. I appreciate that you took my concerns seriously.

Hiring The Ideal Move was a great decision. They made the process easy from the start. I used FaceTime to walk around the apartment for the estimate, which ended up being spot-on. We had to change the date three times and I was never made to feel high-maintenance. The team arrived early, they were professional and fun and thorough from start to finish. We were in good hands throughout the process, I can’t say enough about the experience!
