  Horrible, dishonest, unprofessional are the best words I have to describe Turner Moving & storage. If you value your items RUN away as fast as you can, find another moving company. They damaged multiple pieces of furniture. They complained about the type of furniture I had; antiques, marble tops, glass shelves, refused to take things, they did not complete the job on time, charged me for drive time that was not discussed in the quote and will not return phone calls about taking care of the damage they caused. Do not use this company.

  This company is the worst I've ever seen. I hired them to move me three blocks to a residence that I purchased. They claimed to be licenced, bonded, and insured. When they showed up they were in a UHAUL truck. Three men jumoed out and I really thought that one of them was on some sort of drugs. They kept trying to up the price on me. They also broke a table set that I purchased for $2,800.00 from Macy's eight months prior. They even broke my brand new bed that I purchased from Morris Home Furnishings for $1,500.00 only four months prior to the move. I was so upset because the cost of the move was far less than the cost of the damages I suffered. I paid for the move despite better judgement because had I not it could have been looked at as theft of services. I made sure to contact the owner of the company to let her know that I would be perusing her company for the loss of my items. She refused to return my call. DO NOT USE THIS GOMPANY!!!
