2/24/2022In October 2021 The leasing office of the senior apartment bldg. I live in, hired "Two Guys and a Truck" to move my personal property to another apartment because my apartment flooded. These so called movers arrived late and didn't bring any moving equipment with them. The assistant bldg manager came to my apartment with them. They immediately told her they didn't want me in the apartment while the were packing and moving my stuff. They told her they wanted me to wait in the other apartment and open the door when they bring stuff in, so she told me to do that . There were three guys to start with. After about 15 or 20 minutes one guy left. I waited awhile in the next apartment and they never showed. I went back to my apt and they haven't left yet. When they were packing they put a large heavy plastic bin on top of my $100 coffee maker and Waterford crystal. They constantly did this and were just very abusive of my property. They kept disappearing in the building and were gone 15 min or more at a time. When they moved the mattress and box spring they dragged them on the floor. Other movers always use furniture straps and carry it up off the floor. After about 1 hour and a half they quit and left. Along with them, they stole a new Fitbit, still in the box, about $4000.00 in coins, a new pair of $85.00 shoes and plenty of other household items. These three criminals wanted me in the other apartment so they could steal from me. They were rude and had dirty mouths. I cannot believe this company can do this to it's customers and still stay in business. I should be compensated from the owner, unless he is a part of it. Do not let this company near your property.

First let me start by saying they damaged my new apartment wall. Not only that they lied about coming back to take out the furniture and take it to the garbage. So they took money and never even completed the task they were called for. Very unprofessional and not true to their words.

This was the WORST moving company I have ever worked with. They were an hour late starting the job. Shuffled around slowly. The movers admitted that they didn’t bring a big enough truck because one wasn’t available, causing them to have to make two trips. And yet they still didn’t get the job done. From 11:30am to 7:15pm, they didn’t get the move done for a 900sq. foot condo that was all packed up and ready to move. But the worst part...both trips to the new place, with the truck full of my family’s belongings...they didn’t show up. Both trips my husband had to call the main office number and ask where they went. The second trip, they were an hour and a half behind us, even though we left AFTER them. In reading Yelp reviews, we found out that they’ve stolen from people in the past. When I moved into my original house, I had double the property and it was all put in one truck and done in four hours. Today, it took an entire day and the job didn’t get completed. I will need to hire movers again but it will definitely NOT be Two Guys and a Truck. Untrustworthy and not customer friendly. I highly recommend you DO NOT go with this company. Please use Two MEN and a truck.
