  My 63 year old mother requested Two MEN and a Truck. She got Two BOYS and a Truck. Upon their arrival she noticed the two boys were going at a extremely slow pace and decided to move boxes closer to the door for them. Loading the truck with her 2 bedroom (10X15 sq.ft.storage unit) took 4 hours. Her valuables (TVs, mirrors, lamps and 2 mattress sets) were not wrapped properly. Her friend wrapped a TV and the extension for her dining room table. Once at the storage facility, her possessions were left unsupervised in the hallways and the drive way. She and a friend asked could they help to speed the process up and was told they couldn't. Some items were placed in the unit without care. After waiting an additional 2.5 hours of unloading my mother decided to call me to help. Upon my arrival I noticed a trash bag at the rear of the truck that had Game Cigars wrappers in it (shown circled in photo). I asked where did they come from and the boys said it was trash from their truck. I don't know if they were moving slow because they were high or what but she was the only delivery they had....You do the math.... I asked them could we help, they said no and proceeded to move with NO SENSE OF URGENCY. It was 6:41PM when they completed the entire move. It took a total of EIGHT (8) hours to move a two bedroom. I feel as if the boys took advantage of my mother's age and the fact that she was alone for a while: prolonging the move to increase the amount she was to pay. We did not expect the movers to move at the speed of light but with some sense of professionalism and purpose. I am certain she nor I will EVER use this location again.

  I had a great experience working with Two Men and a Truck. They were professional, punctual and even brought 3 men instead of two. I would recommend their services to anyone I know. Carter was the fastest person I’ve seen wrapping furniture. They finished in a little over two hours. They are a bit pricey but worth it.

  My experience with Two Men and a Truck was exceptional. The guys who helped me move were professional, kind and very efficient. They took great care of my belongings; carefully wrapping and protecting each and every item. Once everything was moved in, they put everything in my apartment where and how I wanted it and made certain I was happy before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.
