  We recently moved 900 miles. We are not young anymore and we were tired. Our home wasn't ready so we had to unload our PACKED truck into 2 storage units. A week later we could move into our home. The thought of loading and unloading a truck again was agonizing! A quick Google search and a phone call later I had scheduled a day to have my furniture moved into my home. When I called I actually talked to a person which was refreshing. The two men that arrived were Angel and Isaac. I can not say enough nice things about them. They were the absolute nicest guys I have dealt with. I was just hoping for guys that at least respected my possessions but what I got was two men who were nice and respectful in all aspects. If you need help moving I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

  Just finished a move with Two Men and a Truck and something really disappointing happened in what was otherwise a great move. I requested masks. All politics aside: I did this to protect myself and high-risk people I'm in contact with from COVID-19. The moving team masked up, took care of business, and got me across town well under the quoted time. Great crew, friendly guys, was legit easy and breezy. What was the problem? A supervisor showed up - I guess it is standard procedure to check-up - while they were loading in. They weren't wearing a mask and invited themselves into my new home. I told the Lansing office at least three times that masks were required. Even if there wasn't a pandemic I would be mad. At absolutely no point in time did I ever knowingly agree to let this person into my home. They didn't ask if they could come in to check on things. The moving crew I hired? Absolutely, come on in. An interloping supervisor that I had no foreknowledge of? Nope. Ask me first. Maybe I don't want you inside my home. They just... walked right in, maskless, putting the people I care about and their own co-workers at risk. Not very happy about having someone come into my home without my permission and not honoring a simple request. Would encourage Two Men and a Truck to talk to their supervisors and tighten up how they operate (like it was very obvious we were all masked up) and think about the message they send when a supervisor shows up to check in the crew but isn't doing the bare minimum to protect their (and their customers!) health. Extremely unprofessional. I'd like to stress, again, that this is a management and office issue. The actual guys doing the actual work were great.
