  Two Men and a Truck are amazing. The gentlemen that helped us with my mother in laws house, getting everything out were excellent. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They did everything possible to make sure we kept our costs down. I recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent moving team... if I could give them 100 stars on here I would!!!!!

  Used them for multiple moves before without issue. Have never had to film my home and submitted extremely detailed listings. They would not move me without me videotaping or photographing my house as furnished with them regardless of list. Due to the sensitive nature of some expensive artwork and other personal belongings in my home which I am not comfortable sending a company photography of, they refused to work with me, regardless of detailed description of itemized move and being a previous customer. If you are comfortable filming your entire home for them, and who knows out of their employees what to see, regardless of what they will or won't be moving, they are probably great. As a previous customer, zero flexibility to use a system they previously used for me, I will no longer use them myself, nor recommend them to any of my real estate customers. This is actually the first negative review I've ever written on anything, but am just amazed by this.

  Hi Torin. We appreciate your constructive feedback and I am happy to hear that we have moved you previously without issue. COVID forced us to change a variety of ways in which we operate and our move inventory survey process was/is one the most significant. That said, as it turns out, this was a change for the better and so we continue to use the same process even as things have started to normalize. All the benefits we have seen for both the company and the customer far outweigh any of the drawbacks. As I'm sure you would agree, everyone's belongings and as a result every single move is unique and so we need a simple process that's convenient for the customer to assess the move. Our current virtual survey process is an upgrade from the in-person appointment requirement we used to have because now the Move Consultant and the Estimator can review the move to ensure we are providing the most accurate estimates possible. This is especially true with pack estimates, which I believe you had requested. I can assure you the contents of the survey are restricted and secure and I would be happy to discuss it all with you further.   This was a nonstandard long distance move of specialized equipment that required many logistics involving two different organizations along with Two Men and a Truck. Everything was flawless. Compounding the complexity of the move was that the destination location was in a dense urban area. From the very beginning the contact with the company was excellent and a representative met me at the source location to go over the space and the items to be moved. A credit to Ciarra and the gentlemen (sorry forgot his name) who met me in the space to go over the move items. Then I express mailed keys so that the movers would have access to the source location. A credit to Tish for coordinating this. Lastly, but certainly not least, the two gentlemen who drove the truck and did the move-in were fantastic. The were very professional, very efficient, maintained excellent communication, and were just good guys. Through no fault of theirs, a nearby middle school had a fire bell which caused the street along the way to be unexpectedly blocked. They immediately called to inform me of the situation and it's impact on arrival. I can't remember the names of the two gentlemen that did the move, but I thank them for such an excellent job! I would gladly do business with them again.
