Scheduled and rescheduled for a trailer here. Every time, the staff was kind, understanding, and helpful. Pick-up was super easy, and I got all the help I needed. Specific shout out to Jason at this location: dude deserves a bonus, raise, or both. He was kind, patient, and considerate, while holding down the entire office all on his own the day I was there. Many thanks for the great service!

Store was suppose to open at 7am and I had a reservation for 7am the employee didn’t get there until almost 7:30am and we still had to wait because they decided to take a personal phone call after already being late. There was another employee who also showed up late and didn’t bother to try and help the people who were waiting. I’d rather drive farther out then rent from here again.

Only giving three stars because of the kind man that helped pull my rental off the lot for me. It was my first time driving a U-Haul and I was super nervous. I made a few attempts of pulling out on my own but was too afraid I was going to hit something. I wish I knew his name. He was super friendly. I was having a stressful day and he made me feel a bit better. Customer service was subpar when I went in to pick up my rental on 11/3/21. The young lady that works the register/front desk area was on her phone with either a friend, family member or significant other. Blatantly ignoring me.
