Jason made our first trailer experience with our Subaru SUPER easy! Very charismatic, knowledgeable and easy to chat with! Helped us out big time with setting up our hitch. Jason was excellent at anticipating issues and was ready to handle them when they came up, very very helpful and forthcoming. Thank you for making our first trailer (and U-Haul) experience a great one! Very relaxed environment inside, they have everything you would need for trailering and moving (more than you'd expect), all seem like super chill guys. If I still lived in the area I'd swing by with some Christmas cookies for yall. 5/5

This has been a great experience each time I've gone. I went to purchase boxes for moving and returned a few times to exchange/purchase different ones. Each time Jason P. and Dave were polite, friendly, and helpful. They also helped me get the boxes to and from my car which was much appreciated! Excellent customer service and kindness which is rare. Thank you both!

I just had a trailer hitch installed on my ford crown vic great job! Very precise work.Perfectly lined up. Fast easy service.with only 2 people working that location,and as busy as that place is. They still managed to commit to the 7:30 am appointment.Went there to pay the bill and the car was parked exactly where i left it perfect!!!!!! great work guys thank you! I was treated like a king there as well.
