  "Rented a (newer) Uhaul van for a week to travel to GA to pickup furniture. The first thing we noticed was that the screen for the radio was not working at All. For a local trip, that wouldn’t matter very much, but for 6.5 hrs, it was a bother. WORSE was that the driver door did not seal, which caused a loud, extremely annoying whistle (not air noise….LOUD WHISTLE… for the ENTIRE TRIP. Google review would not allow the video. I contacted Customer Service the following day & after being transferred a few times, was told that it was not possible to exchange the van at a GA location, there was no option other than to drive the loud, whistling box back to SC. We were advised to speak to the location we originally rented from upon returning. We explained when returning the van & were advised the manager was not in but would be in contact. Never happened. I called the 800 # and they advised that they emailed the manager & told that I would be contacted within 72 hours with a “solution”. That has been almost a month."
