The store smelled like smoke. The employees swore. (Not my car) the employees got a car stuck to a trailer. During drop-off, the employee was on his cell phone the whole time talking about his upcoming court appearance. Trailer worked and was clean.

Reserved a 26' truck weeks in advance. Get a call the day before my move saying the truck is not available. Finally after to speaking to a few very rude people on the phone I was able to get a smaller truck which messed up everything.

Good for inventory but not nearly enough people working. I would definitely rent from some independent place. They need to hire a LOT more people. Prepare to sit around for upwards on an hour if you choose this location.
