If you place a reservation for your equipment and then show up and they don't have it they send you to another location and tell you that the reservation was just pointless to have but their website says if they don't have your equipment for your reservation they pay you $50 that was a lie all they did was put me behind on time

The manager there was excellent very hard working lady. She attended to all our needs. I would highly recommend this location.

Storage units have big steel doors. They seem very safe and secure. The units are also climate controlled. Only downside I could see is that you have to go inside to get to the units. That being said storing a dirt bike or atv is out of the question. which is what I need storage for..... But for boxes and what not it's ok. Just have to wheel it down a long hallway to get to your unit
