This crew is the nicest Uhaul people in the state of OH. Rosie and Micheal give %110 everyday and try their absolute best to make sure every customer leaves happy/satisfied with their care. I wish there was more people like them at every Uhaul. They and the whole crew are respectful, hardworking, and understanding. Show respect for they are the best in the company.

BEWARE RESERVATIONS NOT HONORED. I followed the directions and reserved a space for my rv. I went in a week later and confirmed that I was good. Another week later and my spot was gone despite the reservation. All they could say was that they will give the employee a talking to. So glad I did not show up rv in tow. Of course I penned a letter to Uhaul Corportion in Phoenix.

Paid for reservation showed bank statements and reservation. Tried to make me pay twice, denied charging my card even after looking at my bank statements right in front of them. 3rd grade education required to work here.
