  Fraudulent charges to my card. I took pictures of the gas tank and submitted them in the link I was told to and now I'm being charged for filling it up to where it was when I received it (which was a little over half and they said it was full). And keeping it an extra day when I reserved it for 10 hours and returned it at the 10 hour mark? Not my fault you gave me a truck parked in the back parking lot 5 cars deep and took forever to give me my truck. Oh and since I disputed it and didn't pay it in time, they charged me a late fee while I was waiting on a reply. And they just auto charged it without my authorization... I have no problem paying what I owe, but not an extra $60 past that. Absolute scam of a business. I called corporate and a district manager "already looked at it" and marked it valid. No supervisor to speak to though. Scam scam scam. Disputing with my bank and will be filing a complaint with BBB as well. Thank you Denise and Anita for your absolutely repulsive behavior.

  The worst experience I've ever had with u-haul the guy in the front named Nick was not very helpful had a horrible demeanor from the start he just kept repeating himself in a monotone voice without explaining the reason why a reservation couldn't be made for cargovan even though it shows it's AVAILABLE online all he would say is if you make a reservation for a cargo Van I'm just gonna call you and tell you that you can't get it. The only option available was a pickup truck so truck so after thinking about it I decided to just get the pickup truck that was available so I get back in line and this line takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Nick was very slow at helping the line move forward then Shelby kept having to move away from her duties at the front desk to go and assist her daughter which she decided would be a good idea to bring to work for some reason and there was a 3rd person that was helping in the front but was really slow as well kept having side conversations with Nick and Shelby then disappeared. In fact while I was in line to make the reservation for the pick up truck Shelby the lady that was helping me submit the reservation walked away from the desk so Nick had to take over and finish the reservation as the reservation is finished Nick tells me that he'll meet me in the front with the truck Nick goes around the back and pulls the truck to the front and then disappears and takes the keys with him. I had to wait another 10 minutes for another employee to find Nick and that employee is the one that gave me the keys I was finally able to leave. I ended up dropping the truck back off right before they closed at 8pm. The truck had a full tank of gas and there was no damages with it I used the truck very lightly only 1 trip and today come to find out now my card is being billed another $50 there's no way I drove that much I have pictures of the mileage before & after. If you want good customer service from uhaul go to the location on bonanza they actually know what they're doing. Definitely going to be escalating this to corporate
