Very friendly and helpful, one of the few rental places where I was not disappointed. I had booked a 5x8 enclosed trailer using the U-Haul app for pick up the next morning. Showed up at my reservation time that following morning and got everything hooked up and was underway in less than 15 minutes. Dropoff was no issue later that day. I've rented quite a handful of U-Haul trucks and trailers over the course of the last few years my advice to ensure everything goes smoothly is as follows: 1. If booking online or using the app you are asked whether you want additional insurance or any other add-ons. Always double check to make sure if you don't want those add-ons they are not selected. Always validates the estimated price that you booked for against the estimated price on the paperwork you're signing. 2. Also if booking online or in the app complete all the pre check-in information as well as checking in a day or two before your reservation. 3. Show up a few minutes before your reservation time or call and give enough notice if you're running late. Same applies for dropping off. 4. Complete the check-in information on the app and or paperwork as soon as you drop it off. If using the app and you notice that it has not been checked in a day or two later call and confirm.

I returned a trailer to Kobuch uhaul and fireworks. It was a frightening experience. He wasn’t there during business hours, after I called, he recklessly drove into the lot, narrowly missing my wife and the trailer. He was extremely rude, he disconnected the trailer and rolled it into another trailer. Would not allow me to open the trailer and show it was properly prepared to turn in… said I could leave and there were no extra charges. Then, 4 days later he manually entered my credit card number and fraudulently charged it. I had to report it, cancel the sale, cancel my card number and order a new as he had my number and was using my credit card. I called the police to report him as well. PLEASE!! DO NOT SUBJECT FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO THIS GUY!! STAY FAR AWAY. I reported him to uhaul, bbb, police. Hard to believe uhaul would allow this to continue.

This location charged me for a three day rental when I only rented a trailer for a couple hours. Very dishonest and not a mistake. Will not use this location again
