Unprofessional if you ask me! Had me a dolly on reserve bc I was told they had one, only to get there and them not have a single one. They're excuse was it got stolen. Then on top of that they only know what that computer tells them, which was wrong, when it comes to their trailer dimensions! Last time I even attempt to rent from these clowns!

Needs more and better staff this place is very busy and not enough staff and good luck speaking with a manager there.

The problems started when I returned the vehicle. Waited for over half an hour to be checked in. 11 people were standing waiting on service. One person was manning the counter. I rented a van for 3 hours. No other equipment. They attempted to charge me for a 2 day rental, a dolly and 6 moving pads. Even after the rep said he removed the equipment, he STILL CHARGED me for it! Another rep had to take over to get it all straight. I have used this location exclusively in the past. I will NOT be going back!
