  I'm extremely satisfied with United Van services. I have used them twice in last 12 months. First time for a 4 bedroom house move with multiple trucks. Second time was a quick 1 hour heavy appliance move. Both were executed perfectly. Crew was professional, Highly recommend!

  My company paid for this service to move me from Alabama to Texas, some 900 miles. They worked me into their schedule to get rid of my stuff quickly on the front end, but then they couldn't deliver until 2.5 weeks later since my load was so small (going from a 600 sq. ft. apartment to a 700 s.f one). It was only about 1800 lbs. I made it easy for them, already had everything boxed, and they'd moved my stuff out in about an hour and a half, from arrival to the end of signing all the paperwork. Very efficient. The guys on the later end even more soy, had my stuff in my apartment in less than an hour with everything signed. Overall, everyone was very polite, but I'm eating 4/5 stars because they obviously didn't read the boxes. The smushed many of my boxes CLEARLY labelled fragile and sort of chunked around a lot of my stuff. It didn't bother me much now since most of my things aren't worth much, but it's something to consider for others.
