  Let me start by saying if I could give them less than one star I would! I hired Colonial Van Lines for my move who subcontracted with US Expert Movers. The crew that came to pack my boxes and furniture arrived a day early than I was told they would be there. This meant that I wasn't even done packing. The movers told me that they would help finish my packing... which at first I was pleased with. That was until they arrived at my home at 6PM and were there until nearly midnight! By the end of the evening they was rushing and left my home a mess! They dripped water all over my floor, left tape roles and plastic all over my property and driveway, and even brought a piece of furniture back into my home and told me that it wouldn't fit on the truck! I had to rent a trailer in order to complete my move! Unfortunately, this isn't even the worse part! Nearly 90% of my furniture was destroyed or damaged in my move from Virginia to Texas. In addition to the condition of my furniture, I am missing several boxes which contained priceless family heirlooms. I can understand missing a box or two, but to be missing the amount of boxes in this move, I believe someone may have stolen them! Either it was theft or complete negligence. I even have items that were delivered to my home which do not belong to me! I have a hard time understanding how a company who specializes in long distance moves can be so inept at their job! Do not hire this company if you value your belongings and do not hire Colonial Van Lines as they often subcontract with this company. Please learn from the mistakes of a first time mover and take your business elsewhere. Movers beware!

  I had a wonderful experience with US Expert Movers. A friend of mine recommended the company. Martin and his team responded right away and was able to get me scheduled super fast. The team worked quickly and efficiently. They took great care when wrapping and preparing my furniture for the move. The whole move went very smoothly and with no stressful thank to them. I was truly impressed. Many thanks to the team at US Expert Movers!

  Damaged 70% of all my belongings. They throw your belongings and bang them all the way. They broke or damaged all of the following: 55” Samsung curved TV that was packed in a sturdy wooden crate for protection. Crate was broken in multiple spots and TV no longer works. Have video of them mishandling the crate from placing it on its side and even upside down, despite arrows showing which side is up. Damaged headboard, side rails and footboard of queen bed. Damaged coffee table, crushed a lamp, lamp shades and a night stand and even crushed basic cardboard boxes. None of the tag numbers matched the original tag numbers because they used multiple Carriers to transport. Colonial Van Lines subcontracted US Expert Movers. Stay away from both companies. Their insurance is only .60 cents per pound, not .60 cents of each dollar. Gorillas would have handled the furniture better. There are no experts at US Expert Movers. Do not use under any circumstances.
