  The owners are very nice and the prices are fair. I have two complaints. The second pretty major. One, their archaic bookkeeping system makes it impossible to know how much you owe or how much you have overpaid. I was sending them checks for more than my bill and they complained that it was hard to keep track of. I've never had anyone complain when I pay them too much. Two, they have a serious mouse problem. I spent thousands to store my things in a safe place and I had to throw away thousands in couches, mattresses, and clothing after finding mouse poop and urine all over them. There was no food at all whatsoever in the unit. The mice had a nice hotel though. Their contract is very clear that they are not responsible for such damage, so be very careful what you store here!

  We take concerns about rodent issues very seriously and employ several means of deterrence and prevention, including professional pest management services (rodent & insect management), paving throughout the facility, removal of vegetation near buildings, daily monitoring and removal of litter and debris, and prohibiting storage of improperly packaged food or perishables that could potentially attract rodents/insects to a unit. You rented a 10’x20’ unit from May 2019 to June 19, 2021 at $70/month. At time of move out it was left uncleaned with oil, dirt, paper and food pieces on the unit floor and paper/food pieces on the pavement in front, including rice and soiled fast food wrappers. As a result, your deposit was not returned. Additionally, our bookkeeping system is current, accurate and complete. As the Lease provides and staff advises at time of lease, we do not send bills or statements to tenants and tenants are solely responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment. If a tenant overpays, they are credited for the overpayment; if a tenant underpays, they may be overlocked until full payment is received.
