None of the employees in the office know how to even look at the Uhaul system and even though you might call them well in advance to confirm your TRUCK, you might leave countless messages that say “I just want to confirm my TRUCK for pick up” but do NOT expect for anyone inside of this store to take it upon themselves to tell you that they don’t rent TRUCKS there. They have zero sympathy for your problems when you show up to pick up an imaginary truck they rented to you. And if you’ve already paid for your imaginary truck, that’s too bad. I’m a military mom, I have a chronic illness- they pulled this charade on Memorial Day while I had paid movers waiting at my house for me to arrive with the TRUCK I rented. Worst customer service ever and a true glimpse into how desperate UHaul has gotten when vetting their rental locations."
