  "AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I would not under any circumstances recommend using this company to ship an item. We called them to ship a music instrument, and they quoted us a very low price. After we sent them a $600 deposit, they then told us that they do not ship musical instruments, do not provide insurance for them, and if we wanted to ship the instrument we would have to hire a third party custom box making company and pay thousand(s) of dollars more. When we tried to get the deposit back, they have no customer service, and their telephone line is a dead-end leading to no help from anyone! The original person we contacted told us to call customer service, and there is nobody to help. We may have to take this to small claims court and we are very busy people. One of the largest headaches in dealing with a company I've ever had. Unbelievable in today's day and age that this kind of service can exist."
