The only items that were packed properly were the dishes and other kitchen items! They didn't get everything out of the garage (until I complained) and they didn't bring our new washer and dryer at all! They also didn't tell me! It took them 2 more days to get our washer and dryer to us. On top of all this, one of their employees stole a Bluetooth speaker of my son's, from the new house (my son was remodeling kitchen before we moved in)! When I called Emily to tell her this, she called the accusation ubserd and hung up on me. She also hung up on me on 2 other occasions. Worst experience EVER!!"
