Third time using Pack-Rat for a move and they are always punctual, respectful, and ready to get the job done. We had a two man crew for two hours. Our time went over the two hour mark and that’s with us helping move things, so we had to pay the extra fees. I’d recommend a bigger crew if you won’t be helping. They took very good care of our fragile items as well.

This is the second move I’ve done through Pack-Rat. I’ve been very happy with them both times. Their employees have wonderful attitudes. They all work extremely hard, and the entire staff conveys decency and professionalism. They have an outstanding team, and I’m grateful to have found them a few years ago. I’ll use them the next time I move, and the next time, and the next time after that!
