  STAY AWAY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not use this company. They took our money and told us they could move us to our final destination. Instead they left my family and I stranded over the Holidays with none of our personal belongings. When I tried to find out what going in or how I could get my family's stuff, they gave us the run around for 2 weeks. Finally after living out of bags with our 6 month old, they made us drive 2 hrs away, unload our own stuff into a trailer I paid for. When we asked for a refund,they gave us partial. FYI. It's been 3 weeks since then and they are still calling us to come get our stuff. They don't have a single idea how to treat people or conduct business. BE WARNED AND TELL OTHERS This Aussie based company will push paper about how they are right and will push you out on the streets so they can be profitable

  If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were punctual, communicated with me every step of the way, and their driving was so good none of my items got damaged. I’d entrust them with just about anything – even the nicest, most expensive furniture.

  I ordered a container on February 23rd. Had it moved to my new place on March 13th. Everything went smoothly until I tried to go online on March 25th to get it picked up. They said I had to pay $288.96 for the following month before they could schedule it online. The next day I called customer service to ask if they would prorate that. Explained that I'd had the flu all week, so I was just now getting back to business. The woman said that she would schedule the pick up for Monday the 28th, but I would still have to pay the $288.96 for month 2, plus $75 for them to come pick it up. They would not prorate it for those 5 days nor would they take the $75 out of the the $288.96. It's a rip off. Do not use this company.
