Everything about this business makes moving easy! Love it customer service was spot on! Every time I called to schedule my move or reschedule I had the best experience! Even though waiting 30+ minutes was a bit of wait ✋ but if they give everyone the customer service I received I would expect nothing less! 5+ stars 🌟

Pack Rat did a great job. I was able to load my furniture, have it picked up, track the storage and then schedule the final drop off. It all went very smooth.

Very easy to coordinate. Drivers were all on time if not earlier than what was communicated via email the prior evening. They were helpful with picking up and dropping off and they listened to my requests on where to place the pod.
