We have always had a great experience with this company! This was our second time using them, not for a move, but for a remodel. They were on time with delivery and pick up of the pod. We had questions regarding the timing of our pickup and delivery and the gentleman in the office couldn't have been more helpful and friendly in making sure that we scheduled everything correctly. Both times we have used 1-800-pack-rat we have never had any damage to any of our belongings. We are extremely happy with them and will continue to use them in the future.

Extremely easy to use and good prices. It’s as easy as this: they drop off a pod, you load the pod, they pick it up and can store it if you need, then they drop it at your new location, you unload and they come pick the pod up. All you have to do is load and unload your items and they take the moving of the goods completely out of your hands.

If you are able to request a driver I highly recommend asking for Chris S. He was professional and very good at what he does. We had a tricky spot where we needed our box dropped and he was able to squeeze by the corner of our house and get it into a tight area with zero issues. He took his time and triple checked every turn and maneuver ending in a perfect placement. 2 thumbs up!
