We used Pack-Rat a couple of years ago, and had a positive experience then. So when we needed to look for movers, we contacted them first. They worked with us to determine a date and were very professional throughout. They offered us a fair rate for the move. The movers arrived within their window of time they had given us, were extremely efficient, and got the move completed within the estimated six hours. Once again, we are very pleased with the movers and the company. We would definitely use them again.

Great experience!! Our move with PR was an excellent experience and the crew was professional, kind, and hard workers. They were all pleasant and respectful, and made it to where we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Overall great work and great prices for ALL the work they did.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order for a container to be delivered, on the delivery date, I looked up my order online to verify everything was okay and the order had been changed to the next week. The day after I have to leave my house. I called them and they said an email and message was sent to my phone number, neither was sent. They said they could not do anything because their truck broke down. Only order from this company if you want o be put in a horrible bind of not having a container to use for a move. Terrible company.
