When the container arrived it was rusted and an eyesore I was embarrassed to have it on my property and the name Pack Rat only added insult to injury. I gave specific instructions as to where I wanted the container placed only to come home and find it not in my driveway as instructed but near the sidewalk and in the mud! There were a few days that I could not access the container due to the mud and this played a role in how long I kept it. I was told that I would have to pay to have it moved back to my desired location. I called to have the container moved to my new locations with pick up instructions within the time of billing cycle as to not be charged another month because I only needed one month with the budget that I'm on, only to find that I was charged another month $365.00. When i called I was told that there was no record of my call, so I sent screen shots of my call log, however it got moved but they claim that I did not schedule a pick up. I'm at their mercy because I cannot review the call, however they charged me an additional $87.00 and will come and pick up the empty container blocking my driveway tomorrow hopefully but still will charge me a full month's cycle, where's the mercy? Even if there was some misunderstanding on my part, at lease lets come to an agreement and not change me for a whole month of an unused container.. There's no customer service, they are scamming people and taking advantage of us when we are in need of trustworthy service. I should have read the reviews before choosing this company because like the warnings I should have stayed clear. I'm not sure why this company is still in business and the Attorney General needs to look into this company. Responding to "Response from the owner" I expected the standard response to the major concerns all of your customers have expressed from you. I see little or no resolution on your part on any of these cases. I have spoken with your Resolution Team and I left feeling angrier than ever even. I felt mocked and ridiculed, it hard to respond when you're getting sarcasm from customer service and their supervisors. Your response should have been, like I suggested, you will adjust my charges and not charge the full month because of the misunderstanding and apparent double talk I got when I tried to schedule the final pick up. Your company is not at all transparent with all the hiding charges and you should be willing resolve these disputes by refund and stop trying to turn a buck at the expense of your unsuspecting and trusting customers.

The pricing is very upfront, no surprises which I appreciate. The last time I used a moving company and every time I turned around there was a surprise added cost. Very flexible on delivery and pickup of the pod. I had my things stored for about 5 months and it's very secure. I'd definitely use them again.
