  I was quoted a price and was told all fees including monthly rental was included in that price needless to say they lie. They take your money than charge more. Won't even try to resolve the problem even a little bit. Very poor customer service, overall very unhappy. Won't do business with them again. My stuff will be being removed ASAP. Won't be getting another dime of my money

  The staff in California was very friendly and communicated well. Currently we are waiting for our stuff to be delivered. It was suppose to arrive 3 days ago. Called the callcenter and they have no answeres for us. Wondering at what point we get our money back???

  The people that deliver our packrat and picked up where good and nice. Trying to find out where our things where was horrible. Called three times first time no one called me back after speaking to someone. Then the second time I called the same thing happened I talked to someone but no one called me back on the status of our packrat. The third time I call and spoke to someone that person told me that it was to be delivered today to the yard then we would not get until Monday. Which by this point was already a week late and if I wanted a AM or PM drop off had to pay a extra 50 dollars. Originally when I first ordered the packrat I asked for it to be dropped off at our new place on 8/9 and picked up the 12th. Then somehow when we looked it up to why it was not here when we arrived someone changed the drop off date to the 12th. When the 12th came still was not here and no one could give me a answer until 3 phone calls later. Had to cancel our movers three times because out packrat was still not here. Went with packrate because a friend said pods was no good to go with because they lost there pod.
