  A great overall experience with this company. Daisy was friendly, responsive and helpful setting up the appointment. On the day of arrival, my schedule was tight and I contacted them to see where they were and if they could arrive any earlier. Nick kept me in the loop and was transparent about the situation regarding the appointment before mine and although the crew showed up a little late, I was informed and knew what to expect. Mike and his crewmate were pleasant and helpful and the quote I received was exactly as stated. They did a nice job cleaning out the house. Thanks

  We called Junk Rat this morning and they were at our door by the early afternoon. Fantastic service! A truck load worth of junk was out of my garage in under two hours. Highly recommend and would use again.

  These people are terrible, and don’t stand behind what they say. They said a job would be done and it was not done. We spent a fortune and they totally screwed us. We had a firm deadline that they said they could meet and that was not true. Then they said they could fix it and that wasn’t true either. Do not use them. 11/23 - Since I can't seem to respond to this business's response below, I'll respond here. What you are saying is not true. We had to be out of the house and made that clear when your team came (in addition to stressing this on the initial phone calls). Your team came and saw the house and said it would be done - so your point that there was too much to do doesn't make sense. They looked at it and made a determination. You promised to come back the next morning to finish the job (already past our firm deadline) and you DID NOT COME BACK. Your customer representative tried to give me legal and real estate advice - which I'm sure he was not licensed to do. I'm not negating the hard work your team did - but you did not finish the job, and were incredibly unprofessional in your response to our request to fix the issue. You did not stand behind the promises made both on the phone and in person by your team.

  Melissa, thank you for the time taken out of your day to review us. We understand you might be upset but we did the best we could! It was your choice to schedule the pick-up for the last day of your deadline. We did still remove 2 full oversized trucks of stuff from the location since 10 am until 9 pm and we offered to send our crew the next day to remove the rest. Please don’t discredit the hard-work our team did, just because there was a lot more to remove than expected. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and do everything in our power to please our customers. We hope the best for you and thank you for your business. Have a great day!
