  This is an automated storage service with on line registration. Had a few problems filling out the lease agreement, but an agent was available to help, and she was great. The facility itself is clean, with plenty of room, and is well laid out. So far so good!!!

  The Customer Service here is top notch! I have called multiple times and have always received stellar service. Perhaps there are newer facilities in the area, but I would absolutely go with this one for the service alone.

  If I could add zero stars, I would. Move-in was easy, but when it came time to move out, our unit was empty. Clearly our storage unit was broken into and I've been working with the sheriff department to figure out how to get my belongings or see who's responsible, but 10 federal has not cooperated in releasing surveillance footage. I filled a report mid-October and called the storage establishment multiple times, only to find out two of those calls took NO notes down so I kept having to reexplain the situation from scratch. The deputy recommended asking for a civil agreement since no action or cooperation was happening and since requesting a civil agreement, I've still been calling every two weeks with no update. I would not recommend trusting your belonging with them because even with paying insurance, I still haven't been refunded anything that was stolen after waiting 6 months. Edit: In response to their reply below, I was never called first. Every time I communicated with them, I initiated the call and was constantly told I will receive an update call, in which I have never been called. I was never contacted saying that there were no signs of a break-in so I'm finding this information out from this reply to a review alone. I wish I could reply directly to theirs but this is the best I can do.

  Hi Alexis, We sincerely apologize for your experience with our facility. We take pride in providing a secure and clean facility for our tenants to store their belongings. After reviewing your account, I see that we have made several attempts to contact you regarding the issues. We have also been working with the local police department for the surveillance requests providing all details as we have them. While we attempt to ensure all items are secured, a break-in cannot be predicted. However I can assure you that this is an extremely rare occurrence. As there was no apparent forced entry, the break-in was not known to us until you reported it which is when we provided you with all steps that need to be taken to have it properly reported and documented. Nonetheless, we are disheartened to hear that this has happened to you and will continue to work in helping as best as we can. We will be in contact shortly. Thank you for your review. -Management
