  Rented a unit for 18 months and moved out per contract terms. Made multiple requests( for 14 months) for return of my deposit after giving the required notice and leaving unit clean. The young lady that runs the place keeps saying "I'll check and get back to you" and nothing. I've requested a call from the owner and nothing. BEWARE following your contract with them and leaving your unit in pristine shape won't get your deposit back. Find a more reputable business.

  If you need a storage unit I highly recommend this place. I had to get a storage unit quickly and at the last minute my family backed out of helping me. I had no one to help me move the furniture and I didn't have a truck. The owner was so kind and took time away from his business and took his truck to 2 different locations and helped me get my furniture and then helped me pack it in the storage unit. He made 2 trips and jump started my vehicle. He went above and beyond and saved me. He did not ask for money for all he did but I still have gave him money because he used his gas and muscle. I could tell he was reluctant to take it and I insisted. You just don't meet people that will go out of their way for strangers. He should me a couple of units to make sure I had the one that worked for me. The units are clean and I felt secure leaving my belongings there. Someone lives on the property so it is always being monitored. You will not be disappointed and the prices are reasonable. Great service!

  Have been trying to get an answer for months on the auction of my brother's storage unit since he passed away. No one seem to ever know what is going on here. Hello right hand, meet left hand.
