I have been renting a parking space for a trailer at this location. Went to go and pick up the trailer to do a cleanout job and there was a car blocking my trailer so I had to cancel the job. I called the location several times and no answer. I also emailed the general manager and all he said way that he will get down to the bottom of it. Rescheduled the job for a few days later only for the vehicle that was blocking me in to still be there. Called again and still no answer. Popped up at the location for them to tell me that the vehicle was moved. No one ever called me or emailed me to say that my trailer was clear to move. My biggest thing is that they claim that the car didn’t belong there which only tells me that the security there is bs because anyone can have access to the property. Horrible customer service that caused me to miss out on a big pay day twice.
