  I made a reservation more than a week in advance for a trailer, I get here pick it up, and there's just a sign on the door that says they're closed today. There's no way I can go get what I need.

  Sorry for your inconvenience HOWEVER due to the employee and that works on Saturday has COVID and her entire family we were closed !! There are 5 other locations in Statesboro and Uhaul knew I was closed Saturday and should have rerouted your reservation!! Sorry for your inconvenience

  I love this place, best Uhaul and storage facility I've ever rented from. Mrs Denise and Mr Steven are the most caring and nicest people I've known and not to mention the rates there are awesome. I've never had an issue with them, plus their trucks are always clean and extremly dependable. If you want a excellent truck with awesome customer service then GO to Uhaul on Pamela Way. They'll get you right and have you coming back every time. Keep up the excellent work you guys and I thank you for your business

  I Rented a U-Haul from this business and I was guaranteed an after hours pick up by U-Haul. When I arrived the U-Haul was not ready and the number to call which was labeled as a 24 hour number would not answer after multiple calls and messages. I never received a return call or apology. I would not do any business with this company.

  This reservation was made online and not with A-1 Mini Storage directly. We do everything we can to take care of our customers during hours and after hours. We never received this reservation, so this is a conflict with UHAUL International, not A-1 Mini Storage. If you ever need a U-Haul truck please call us directly at 912-489-4004. So sorry you had this problem, however we have never even seen your reservation. Thanks owners
