  Over the past three days I had some of the most amazing and helpful set of moving packers come to my military on-post home to handle and prepare all my household goods for shipment to my next military duty station. I can honestly say that from the time they set foot our home, I felt like they were family assisting me. The first thing the Team Leads Mr. Johnny (aka Bird) and Mrs. Birdie told me was, “all you needed to do Sir is sit back, relax and us do what we do best.” Talk about feeling reassured from the get go? That instantly made me feel content and at a peace of mind. I was able to do just that. Sit, relax, and enjoy my family while the entire team went to work. I got all the qualities I expected and more just to mention a few, professionalism, courtesy, manners, and respect. They packed so efficiently and made it seem so effortless. I was asked questions to prevent confusion and was kept informed on their progression all throughout the day. I could tell the Team had experience working together and they enjoyed themselves doing it. No one was bickering, they all communicated great with each other and helped each other out immediately. As an a Army Leader myself, it takes great leadership skills and attributes to keep such a hard working team motivated and not jump down each other’s throat for three days. Mr. Johnny and Mrs. Birdie did exactly that and did it well. I certainly would love to be apart of a team like this. I admired their work ethics and would definitely recommend them 100%. I felt confident all my household goods were packed to standard for shipment and storage at the destination. Overall, I was fully satisfied because all my needs and accommodations were met.

  A1 Freeman Moving Group did a great job with moving my personal items. From the time they contacted on the arrival of my personal equipment to the delivery was great. The two representatives, Dorris and Carlos, were professional, prompt and respectful. When they arrived on site, they were courteous by wearing masks and allowing me to see them break the seal on the crate for my shipment. They were friendly and easy to work with. Two things that stuck out about them was their character and honesty. There was some money that fell out of one of the boxes and Dorris ensured that I received it even though it was a small amount. The gentlemen also pointed out that high value seal was broken on one of my boxes before he unloaded the truck. He instructed me on what I should do and allowed me to view the box before he even downloaded from the truck. I highly recommend the company. In my personal opinion there aren't any companies that make character a priority and I believe that A1 Freeman Moving displays such characteristics.

  Johnny, Doris and the crew were absolutely amazing! They were kind, professional efficient, and courteous. They knew their job inside and out. They helped us navigate through the stressful moving process and they were extremely reassuring and patient. I highly recommend this company, especially this crew. I wish I had them for every move I ever do.
