We packed all our things, waited all day just for them to call us at 5 saying they have to reschedule, absolutely no regard for the customer! Completely unfair to keep a whole family waiting instead of updating them ahead of time.

Who could ask for more in a service company. I still have yet to use them, because i am still planning my moving, but all questions got answered and, as for critics, I do wonder 'where and how' that could have happened? But things do.?

Their the rudest and most unprofessional moving company in business. Now I see why everyone gave them 1 star and have nothing nice to say about them. I will not be using their services and I'm spreading the word. I rather come out of my pocket before dealing with them with hra. FYL
