Unfortunately I had to use A & A as part of my military move. I was skeptical due to the previous reviews they had received, and wish I would have called to try and change the company. Everything started ok with the pre move inspection, and initially I did not really have any issues with the crew that was sent to pack. Upon delivery of my goods, and through the subsequent unpacking of everything, I discovered multiple issues. I had inadvertently left a family heirloom wedding ring in the top drawer of a dresser. The ring box was there, but the ring was missing. I was also missing a food vacuum sealer. I thought maybe they had packed it with some other random items, but after opening everything the vacuum sealer was no where to be found, and was not left in the house. On top of missing items, I had toilet brushes and plungers packed with couch cushions. If you are supposed to be a professional packing company, this does not seem like a professional thing to do, and almost seems like it was done out of spite for some reason. All in all, I would not use this company for any packing needs. Update to response: that's how you know your employees would do things like this with your deflected answer. Your response is "oh, you're military, go through them". I have tried, that got me no where. I'm glad you take these matters so serious.
