  "Thought I was hiring a professional organization for a March 25 local move. Sales person was professional gave fair move estimate . Professionalism ended there. Late showing up "truck broke" excuse. Crew leader I was told was "great". was a no show and switched at last minute as well. New "Crew leader" never left interior of truck... seemed normal at the time. You need someone to pack inside efficiently right? Well not really. After we moved in and paid for "extra time" for the longer than bid move.. What I consider the expected amount of damaged knobs and broken furniture glass was assessed. Ok not the best move but acceptable.....But wait! A couple weeks later my wife goes to get some cash stashed in a very specific spot in an envelope deep inside a tote .... that was moved. ...And surprise! $500 dollars left in the envelope gone... He left $4 While yes...we were stupid for having cash anywhere near movers....finding the cash required opening and rummaging deep thru our possessions. Hmmm... who never left the inside of the truck all day? The cash was what was acquired selling items during our move. One of the reasons we hire AArnold was the brochure materials they tout their "extensive background checks". We tipped the crew generously at the time as well. AArnold you employ at least one thief and I have a good idea who he is."
