  "As a google guide I feel compelled to tell you about my situation while doing business with this company. At first glance this looks like the best storage place in town. Until you have to deal with their cer service. The manager makes her own schedule. You can never catch her their. You can't pay with a card over the phone so your forced to leave cash or check through a mail slot and hope you get a receipt. I've had to ask several times for my receipts. Also I travel out of town for work all the time. This time in particular I was gone for two months I get home to see that she was trying to auction my stuff after numerous times of stopping by the office leaving notes asking to get my stuff I was contacted today and said I can't get it until I pay for November now and it won't be prorated like they charge you in the beginning. We had to pay an extra 65 dollars our first month because we had five days left in the month now here we sit with 20 days left in the month and I'm expected to pay full rate or I can't get my things all because you can't catch anyone there. The manager is rude. The customer service is poor and all in all I will make sure anyone who asks about storage stays clear of this place."
