So, called to pay my bill. Was 5 days late. Due to hip replacement surgery. It went from 70.00 to 95.00. I do not mind paying a late fee. But that much. Whoever I talked to yelled at me. When I said that was too much. I am 70 yrs. Old, on a fixed income. If I was physically capable of moving my stuff, i would. Very rude.

Dallas was really helpful when we needed to rent a Uhaul, unfortunately, she didn't have the one we were needing. She did however, direct us to another store, and she did this all in a very timely manner. I have never been treated better!

Our RV has been stored at the North location for over 11 years. The property is well maintained & clean. We had an issue last fall & Dallas worked tirelessly to get it resolved. We were so pleased. I have seen her walk the grounds, checking to make sure doors were secured. I think Dallas really cares and is an asset to the facility & the company. I'd definitely recommend A Better Self Sorage North.
