Save yourself a world of trouble and hassle; do NOT allow this company to come anywhere near your property if you value it at all. You're welcome in advance. A friend of mine assisted me with a move that I needed to make prior to going out of town for work for 2 weeks. While he dealt with the movers initially, I did have to get involved following my trip. Enjoy... The movers initially showed up several hours late, which wasn't a huge issue until they began to load the truck. I knew I was in for trouble when, Instead of starting with my large furniture, they opted to start with small boxes and smaller items. Either these guys were intentionally trying to make multiple trips to make this move take longer and allow the company to charge more hours, or they had never done a residential move before. I moved into this home using a rented trailer and what could fit in my truck, for reference, however they needed to make two trips with a 27 foot moving truck to get the same amount of furniture and boxes moved. Additionally, once they arrived at the new residence, imagine my horror to discover that nothing had been secured inside the truck. They caused damage to multiple pieces of furniture. My safe was literally dropped into the street and they attempted to DRAG it into the garage before I had to tell them to stop. Walls in both residences were repeatedly hammered by the furniture they were carrying, both large and small. Trim board in both locations utterly decimated, walls scratched, and they even managed to break an outlet cover some how. After the move was completed, I they were informed of the damage to the furniture, but all I really wanted replaced was the backing and mirror mounts to my dresser. They informed me that they would have replacements brought to the residence over the weekend, but this did not happen. Once I returned from my trip out of town, I began to unpack further and decided that the mirror mounts and dresser backing probably were never going to materialize, I got my dresser set up where I wanted it and unpacked and set up my television. Surprise, the television had been crushed as well. So, I call the company to inquire about the damage that they had already promised to replace 2 weeks prior and to let them know about the additional damage that had taken place. They immediately tried to explain that the mirror mounts and dresser backing was literally on it's way as soon as they answered (and I have beachfront property to sell you in El Paso, if you're interested.) I said that's great, but here are some additional damages that I have discovered. They immediately said that the additional damage was no longer their liability because I had not immediately told them about it. When I tried to explain that the television was never unpacked because of the initial damage that they had caused, plus my trip they still said it was not their problem. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB due to the damage caused and refusal to fix and/or replace anything. Enjoy a few photos of *some* of the damages caused. All I wanted replaced/fixed were the dresser and television. EDIT: The fact that you think I am a ma'am shows how oblivious you guys are. I appreciate the confirmation that you do not take your customers serious, or the fact that your workers literally THREW things onto the ground and DRAGGED them in the street in an attempt to get them inside the garage. Your dispatcher is incapable of listening to more than 3 or 4 words from someone interrupting and talking over them about how you guys are not liable for the horrendous job you guys do. This is why *I* ended the call with her. Yes, the furniture was shrink wrapped, but NOT secured inside the truck and this is why everything slid into other furniture during transit and is scratched the way it is. I appreciate confirmation that the move was conducted improperly. These photos speak for themselves, but please, continue to argue with me and I will be more than happy to add more.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes ma’m the movers were one hour late but your husband was informed and he was fine with it we offered a 26ft box truck which was the biggest one but you guys also had a lot of miscellaneous items so that’s why there was a second trip. Yes that is true there was a damaged in a dresser and we offered to fix it or to remove 80$ from what you were going to pay that day but your husband said “it’s not going to be 80$ to fix it so i rather for you to fix it” and by the way we have the receipt from home depot & Ashley furniture and everything was only 25$. And yes we are not going to lie there was lack of communication after we told your husband we had already gotten the brackets because we had been extremely busy and we also have proof of messages were we did tell your husband. Yesterday your husband called one of our workers to her personal number which is not okay he could have called the number she gave him since the beginning he called to tell her that one of your tv’s were also broken all what the dispatcher said was “I am sorry sir but there’s not much we can do because it’s been two weeks if you would of told us since the beginning we could of done something about it but anyways i can have my boss call you right now and the person who is going to fix the dresser is on his way and your husband started yelling at her and being rude so our dispatcher decided to end the call because of that reason. And please don’t say your furniture wasn’t protected because the movers did shrink wrapped everything and if the dresser was damaged it was because of the movement of the truck not because it wasn’t protected.Believe me if they wouldn’t of protected the furniture with the movement the whole dresser would of been damaged but it was only the back panel and the brackets. We still have the panel and the brackets if you decide for us to fix it. And the pictures you posted you never mention any of that at the beginning until now.

DO NOT USE A&E MOVERS. I have over five years moving experience in big city conditions. They took 7 hours for a three hour job. They send out highly untrained movers. The movers apparantly did not know how to move a safe. The movers drug the safe on the ramp and drug it on the road ruined the paint. The movers also destroyed an expensive dresser and wrecked a boxed TV. The movers did not know how to secure furniture in the back of the truck. I had to correct them because they were loading my expensive dining chairs with the finish against the bare bottom of the truck for transport. A and E's management has made excuses for almost two weeks in repairing the dresser. The management does not care about you or training its movers. We waited to install the tv which was supposed to go on the dresser and now found out it was broken too. DO NOT USE A&E MOVERS.

Thank you for your feedback we already responded to your wife above you. P.S it wasn’t 7 hours it was 6 hours with 5% discount and we didn’t round the time for you due to the incident. You had a fully furnished house with a lot of miscellaneous items what did you expect ? It could have been two hours if my movers would of thrown all your furniture just like that but no! They protected everything and we also offered the biggest truck which was a 26ft box truck. My movers also waited for you around 40 minutes after the first trip at the first location because you were taking so long to get there it’s more than obvious the time is still running we don’t stop it so that’s why it was more time. You only say what is convenient to you to make us look bad but remember there is always two sides of the story. Also let everyone know the rude messages you sent and the ugly things you were saying to our dispatcher. And your wife posted pictures of a gun safe that wasn’t protected but let everyone know why! Because it was so heavy we couldn’t even move the gun safe for you because it was above 500 pounds with guns inside and we still did it like that because you insisted.
