  Had the same problem a lot of other reviews had with a no show and than said he would reschedule and then wouldn’t answer calls and never called back. Arranged the week before to have a safe moved. Confirmed the night before. Owner stated we were all set. 1/2 hour after they were to be there I called owner stated movers will be there shortly but he needed to get his safe dolly to them and it would take him about 30 to 40 minutes to get there. Movers finally arrived stated they couldn’t move safe without dolly an hour and half later movers stated that owner had to reschedule and I would here from them. Owner wouldn’t answer call and then later sent a text stated he apologized but would have to reschedule. Tried calling several times and sending text through the week, with no response. Just thankful that it wasn’t a house move. We’re I needed it done that day.

  Matt we do deserve a 1 star review for this safe move. I left for California and forgot my work phone. This was absolutely 💯 my fault and I apologize for that. I hope in the future I can make up for this mistake and inconvenience. Again Matt this was my fault and ai apologize.

  I had a sofa to be moved from basement to 1st level and hired these folks to do so. They showed up on time; they were professional; they did a great job for us and were well worth the cost. And as far as cost they gave us a great price for the job. I would certainly use them again.

  Had a move booked with them they told me I was all set with a confirmation for the date talked about. Moving day arrives and guess what... nobody showed up! Left us high and dry. Called no answer no return phone calls, no texts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Update.... The response from the owner is complete B.S. He called the next day after the move stating he could send some movers. I told him we already did the move the day before and his offer was useless and not to bother.

  We spoke on the phone that day. We discussed being a few hours late. You told me literally to forget it because you couldn't wait.
