Ive had them deliver to my house twice both times the box being shipped was severely damaged as well as the products inside (a dining room set and then the replacement set that was sent because the first was damaged in shipping). They do not know when they will be traveling to your area until the day before delivery making it very difficult to plan to have someone at home if you work normal business hours. I will say they were slightly flexible when told I couldnt be home before a certain time they had my shipment as one of the last ones for the day. Their delivery drivers are polite and work hard.
