  I called to get a quote for help loading a uhaul truck. I needed 2 people for 2-3 hours. The lady I spoke with would not listen to what I needed and insisted that I needed 3 people to move a small couch with motor recliners. I tried to explain to her that it would not take 3 people to move it as it is a smaller sofa not much bigger than a loveseat. She proceeded to tell me that she would not book any less than 3 people at $229/hr for a minimum of 3 hours. She said that she could book a bigger move instead of mine making me think that mine wasn’t as important as a someone with a bigger move. She was very rude and unprofessional. I even suggested that someone could come out and look at it to see that only 2 people were needed. I also wrote a review on Facebook only to have her daughter comment and try to bash me. These people should not be in customer service. I heard from the person who recommended them and she said the owner is super nice but the lady you have to deal with on the phone is rude. Do not recommend.

  They were fabulous! They wrapped everything to ensure nothing broke or got scarred. The movers were very nice and polite. They even set up out dining room table. I'll absolutely use them again!

  Very bad experience with this company. We moved one year ago in January and they did bring a moving truck but they also had a mini van driven by an employee. At first no big deal but then when they loaded our tvs they were suppose to boxed up by them and they never boxed any of them up and just sat them in the back of the mini van as is. They also made many comments on how they needed to get done to watch the football game. Come to find out the guy driving the mini van didn't even work for the company they just brought him so they could get finished quicker. When they arrived at the new home one of our new night stands were dropped and chipped. This nightstand was not cheap and was bought right before we decided to sell our home. The worker gave us a sheet showing that an item was damaged and told us to submit it to the company to be reimbursed.... A year later and many emails and calls and we still have not seen a refund for the furniture that they broke due to not wrapping our furniture as promised. We were told when we scheduled the move that the movers would wrap ALL furniture and not one item was wrapped. So be leary on using this company for your moving needs.
