  The contractors they hired were very good; however, the main office was not. We had told them exactly how much we had for them to move, and we told them we needed two trucks. They assured us that they would have two trucks. First thing in the morning they originally sent a closed trailer. No way was everything going to fit in that. It was a very anxious day as they had to figure out how they were going to move all our belongings before the end of the day. At my husband's request, they then rented a U-Haul truck and then eventually came with another closed trailer. Because they had limited space (due to their not listening to what we had to move), they packed the vehicles to the limit and beyond. Several items were damaged. Although they did provide us with some insurance money, scratches and dents on furniture are not what can be fixed with some insurance money, without replacing the pieces, which they were not going to do due to some dents and scratches. We had to wait two weeks for the remainder of our belongings to arrive since they were not prepared to move all our belongings as they promised. When the last of our belongings arrived, we hired someone to help them unload the last trailer. We expected that the move would not be smooth as no one we spoke with who used a variety of companies ever had a good move, and certainly not a perfect move. We were just glad that they were able, finally at the end of the day, pack all our belongings and that everything eventually arrived. It was a very unpleasant experience.

  We hired them to help with a big move. They were incredible prompt and professional. The ladies in the office were wonderful! Such a pleasure to work with and answering all my questions and concerns :)

  I had a great experience with Perfect Moving. They were professional, packed up my belongings very quickly, and brought all of my things up and unpacked in great time. I moved into the 5th floor of a walk up so it was a tough job but they were pleasant the entire time and made sure that everything was in place and moved safely. I was moving out of state and they accommodated my travel schedule by picking up my things the day prior to move in, allowing me time to catch a flight and get to my new city with ample time to meet them at the new location the next day. Rush and his team did an awesome job and I’d highly recommend them. Great value for a reasonable cost. Thank you for all of your help!
