This is the second time using A plus movers… they did such an amazing job in 2017 from N Scottsdale to N Phoenix we used them again to move us from N Phoenix to Chandler. We have large homes and a lot of beautiful furniture so it’s SO important for our moves to go smoothly. Paul and his crew worked SO hard and long on our move, it took 2 trips and 15 hours! They had the same energy from 7am until 10pm (I don’t know how they do it), I’m still exhausted! There were a couple scratches on a few pieces but Paul sent out his repair guy Juan who did masterful work on black wood tables & fixed them perfectly! All & all I would highly recommend A plus movers!

5/21/18 I would highly recommend A PLUS MOVERS. Very professional staff. From the start....Mary Lynn answered the phone and call and my questions. She reassured me that even though I was having my POD unloaded.....her crew could handle this tricky move.....well she was more than correct.....When I met D (the crew foreman) I knew I could relax because my belongings were in capable hands. His coworkers Brian and Ryan were awesome......I live on the 2nd floor with split level steps (hence the challenge). My move was done in a timely manner. There are a lot of moving companies out there....so relieved I chose A PLUS MOVERS!!!!!!!!

Do not hire this company! I hired them last Friday to unload a truck that was sent cross country. When they took several boxes into my closet one or both of the two movers went into a bathroom drawer and took four diamond rings. After a week, I still have not received a call from the Owner. When I spoke to the woman who books, she apologized and only offered that they were subcontracted, as if that makes a difference. Two of these rings were inherited from my Mother, with one being her original wedding set. I am just sick over this. On top of being put through this, I now must worry that they know what I own and where I live. Don't put yourself at risk, steer clear of this company and the thieves they put in your home. P.S. 10/12/16: This is an update to the owner response to my original post: I'm sorry Paul, but you clearly do not know the events of what happened. You may have better and more truthful information if you bothered to have called me since I reported this incident to your company. There was NO other people in my house but your workers. I put four rings into a bathroom drawer when I went to bed and found them missing after your movers left my home. There was no other person in my home aside from them and myself and I didn't steal my own jewelry. I also didn't misplace anything. Two of those rings I inherited from my Mother. I doubt I just lay them around the house. Also, I sent you a certified letter asking the names and where you hired these people from since Mary Lynn mentioned you subbed them out. I still haven't heard back from you on that either. For all we know you picked these people off the street each day to do the moving services. We have no idea if these "subs" of yours are background checked at all. Also, after my incident my son went to the BBB site and we see that this is not the first time someone has reported missing items. Your assertion that you don't hire thieves is the THIRD such remark you have had to make to other people. You may have been in business for years but you CLEARLY are putting people in customer's homes that they need to be fearful of. We will speak again. In court.

    Response from the owner

We are not in the business of thievery. Our company has been around for many years, and will continue to be around for many more. This claim has is unsubstantiated. It's unfortunate for the misplaced items. Typically, when items are "missing or misplaced" , the movers are the easy targets. We're sorry you feel this way Kim. We understand that our movers were not the only people at your residence during the move, or the days prior. I'm willing to sit down with the police detective that I left a message with, and never heard back from. We have absolutely nothing to hide, and the public has nothing to fear. If ever one of our movers was proven or caught stealing any one of our customer's possessions, i would be the first one to press charges! I hope this makes sense. Sincerely/ Respectfully, Paul Tillwach owner
