  These guys are the best. I hired them to clean out a rental and get rid of tons of junk. They not only got the job done quickly and efficiently but they also made sure I didn’t accidentally dispose of treasured family heirlooms. They were fun, fair priced, very honest and professional. Would absolutely hire again!

  I genuinely hate doing this as I had a great experience with these movers last year, but since it’s completely changed. Jonathan and Paul helped me in 2021 and I have no idea who helped me this February in 2022, but they completely disregarded the amount of items I listed to them. They sent the largest truck they had, the movers took multiple breaks (I work in manual labor, no OSHA job allows that many breaks in a 2 hour loading period.) The movers left my flat screen in front of a business entrance and scratched the living daylights of the floor of the rental I am moving out of and that will be taken out of my security deposit, so really they’ve definitely cost me more than what was quoted. I spoke to Whitney multiple times about the quote and me not needing that much time or that big of a truck, I knew how the business flowed as I used them last year and I knew the trailer she was trying to make me pay for was too large. She even mentioned it was their super slow season so I think they just needed a big charge? But I live with 2 other people, we are working class just like A to B movers and we were treated horribly. I even got an email from Whitney saying “…just as I suspected it would take that long” which is very “per my last email” which is considered rude in the corporate world. Not a good look when your movers were 1 hour and 15 minutes late and called 5 minutes after our agreed meeting time to let me know they’d be late. I also asked to move the day we moved everything due to the storm and was told “no, no it won’t screw up anything.” Also why is your business listing in glenwood and I am charged a round trip from rifle? Is this business actually in glenwood? I wouldn’t have used it if it’s in rifle now as the fuel and mileage would be ridiculous. I used to recommend this company but I can’t anymore. I have videos of the movers taking multiple breaks and leaving my items in the door way of businesses and elevators. I don’t want to publicly bash this company but I feel I won’t be listened to otherwise. I’m sorry guys, please have someone other than Whitney do the corresponding, she doesn’t have good communication skills, planning ahead (the storm) or a grasp on reality when it’s explained to her numerous times. I hope an owner sees this! I’ll delete it and leave my 5 star review if this is made right. Thank you

  Excellent experience with this company. We had to change our moving date 3 times and every time the office gal (unfortunately I don’t recall her name as I was not the one handling logistics) made sure to work us in on the day we needed for moving. The two guys (only two!) that handled The moving process, Kody and Kyle, were awesome. They were extremely punctual (arrived ten minutes early) efficient & professional. They even helped unmount and re mount our T.V.’s and ensured we were good to go before they left. I would recommend this company to anyone moving within the RFV or wherever they cover!
