  I hired A1 after seeing their prices and positive reviews on the U-Haul site. They proved to be great! Showed up exactly at the time requested, knew the best way to fit a lot of stuff in a 15-ft U-Haul truck(I was really worried that I rented too small of a truck, but somehow they filled it and had a little space left at the end), and were careful to not ding the furniture or the drywall in my house. First, they took a couple minutes to map out everything that we were moving and strategize the best way to load it in the truck, asking which items needed "special care." Then they let us "help" them, although honestly they were so good I kind of felt like we got in their way more than anything :). And they finished the work much faster than expected! Really appreciated them wearing masks throughout the whole effort, too. I've hired teams through U-Haul a few times in the past, but these guys were superior. I actually contacted them outside of U-Haul and paid cash, which I think was appreciated (I believe U-Haul takes a cut if you hire them through the U-Haul web site). Oh, and don't forget to have some extra cash ready as a tip for their great service and attitude!

  I called them for a very, very, very last minute job when I ended up with a completely full uhaul and no help to unload. They showed up fast and got the job done so much faster than I thought it could be done. I'll definitely be hiring them again.

  I’ve been in the corporate world over 30 years and took a chance on A-1 Moving Specialest and I’m glad I did. Our move was very difficult one. There was 5 separate moves over several days and weekends. They preformed up and beyond our expectations. They showed up on time everyday and worked until the job was 100 percent done the way we wanted it done. Troy was a pleasure to be around and one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever met. They never once scratched, dropped or dinged one piece of heavy furniture or a wall in our new home. They took the time to set up every bed and our new home the way it was meant to be. There professionalisms is spot on, there performance was perfect and the guys were very polite a pleasure To be around over the several days of our move. If you moving close by or across the contrary you couldn’t find a better company or owner Troy Jones to work with. After 30 years in the corporate financial world these guys rank a high as my best clients.
