  "These guys are pathetic! I moved a few things from an apartment to my new house and I watched them put my baby's wooden crib on bare floor of the truck my baby's crib shrinkwrap or blankets. When I told them not to do that, they said it was already secured and that nothing would happen. Sure enough, the crib is damaged due to the grit ont he bottom of the truck. I pointed out the damage and I was reassured that my built-in "insurance" would cover the damage. Since then, call after call to these jokers has yielded nothing. They are completely unprofessional since they keep promising me a call back but they never call."
