  "DO NOT HIRE!!!⬇️⬇️⬇️ I have been so traumatized by my experience with Rich’s Reliable Movers that it has taken nearly 3 months for me to be able to share my experience and write this review. If you are thinking about booking with this company please read this before proceeding. I booked my moving experience with Rich’s Reliable Movers after reading plenty of positive reviews online but my actual experience was anything but positive or professional. I advise you to LOOK ELSEWHERE and here is why. 48 hours before my move was scheduled, Victoria called me to say “I am so sorry but my entire moving staff caught Covid and can’t help you with the move.” I knew that finding new movers would be near impossible with such short notice in the height of moving season so I asked her to help me find someone that would help. Victoria assured me that she would make some calls, find me help and get back to me later that afternoon no matter the outcome. She never called back and never returned my calls. She left me completely high and dry. I wasn’t able to find anyone to help. Rich’s “reliable” movers stood me up and completely ghosted me. They were the literal opposite of reliable. With her whole moving crew out with Covid, I knew that my moving job with RRM wouldn’t be the only one that would be affected but after doing some digging online we read some reviews that confirmed that Rich’s Reliable Movers and the entire crew continued to do jobs while Covid positive just days after calling me to let us know that they were indeed Covid positive and would be unable to provide service. So either they miraculously found an entire new crew in just a few days or, what is mostly likely, the crew worked while Covid positive so they didn’t lose more work (or they stood up my job to take a more lucrative job elsewhere?!). They did not disclose their positive Covid statuses to new jobs, (our move was for August 23rd and the online review I saw was for a job they did on the 30th, just 7 days later-while still Covid positive and under obligation to follow Covid protocols, which they did not). Having to move an entire four bedroom house between just my wife and myself was a nightmare. It was an absolute disaster and the fact that RRM ghosted us, was so disappointing but then learning that they went on to complete the rest of their jobs just days later was wildly irresponsible, unsafe and put other peoples lives at risk for their own benefit and profit as a company. This was beyond disappointing, upsetting, unprofessional and worthy of a report to the Better Business Bureau. Look elsewhere. There are tons of reputable movers that won’t give you Covid or put you at risk. Can’t express my disappointment more. Victoria and RRM, if you are reading this, shame on you. Absolutely unacceptable. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND"
