  Do not store your items here!! We reserved a storage two months ahead of arrival from out of state. When our items were delivered to the storage place, they had rented out our reserved unit. We had to put are items in two different units (not right next to each other) which made it difficult to unload. We had several problems with the unit were our items were damaged. We moved our items to another storage and our items were damaged again. We talked to management over and over and we were told there is nothing they could do. Tried to talk to someone above them and was told the owner is in Texas and we can not give out their info, not even a email. We have tried to contact them with voice mails not returned over and over. We have moved our items out and they have still not returned any of our calls. I know the first thing the company is going to deny we were customers. We hope the pictures help. DO NOT GO here They have bad reviews for a reason. I would do no stars if I could.

  This place is very poorly run. It is almost impossible to get Ms Cordova the answer the phone or return calls. Regardless of the posted business hours, there is usually no one in the office, no matter when I go. Most of last year, a unit near ours was being lived in. The lady was nice, just in a difficult situation. But it shows how little attention is paid by the “onsite manager”. We have rented a unit here for almost a year, almost every month there is a new issue that requires several calls, messages and waiting a couple of days, before I call another location to get it resolved. Then the person at the other location tells me that I should call my location next time. It’s a disaster, don’t bother trying to deal with this place. We’ve decided to look for a different storage facility.

  No one is ever available to take a payment or to answer questions I've tried calling on the phone I get a re-recorded message saying their hours which have changed since I rented the unit in January I don't know how to pay my rent if nobody's ever available to take my call or be at the facility they told me I'd have to pick 30 bucks to get my lock cut off but who's going to collect that money? I'm ready to cut my lock on and get my stuff out of there simply because they makes it difficult to pay them or asking questions about getting a larger unit terrible facility I encourage people to not rent one there
